6月29日，凯联国际酒店(00105.HK)发布2020财年业绩，报告期内，公司实现收入5.89亿港元，同比减少3.61%；公司拥有人应占年度亏损9.12亿港元，去年则溢利1.48亿港元，盈转亏；基本每股亏损2.54港元；拟派末期股息每股0.25港元。
监于香港持续的社会动荡及2019冠状病毒病的爆发，集团已给予大部分租户不同的短期租金宽减，这对集团的现金流量已造成负面影响。
